This style legging is more between a mid-waist and a high waist sitting just below the belly button. The moderate compression and fabric move with the body as it bends and stretches. The midi length is between a crop and full length legging. Onzie sizing is XS, S/M, M/L, L and XL. We agree with Onzie's sizing recommendation listed below:
